Okay, so I started out at 178 in February.
It is now May and I’m at 172, but I was down to 168 two weeks ago.
Martin and I have started working out again. Racquetball (30 minutes), reclining bike (20 minutes) and then the weight machines. Martin does waaaay more weight than I do of course.
So I now have a goal/date that I can’t argue with; November 29th. A friend of mine is getting married and I refuse to look like a lump at her wedding. so. there you have it.
Never ever weigh yourself the week before your period. It is guaranteed to be depressing. I now weight 177. great.
My friend moved her wedding date to January 1, 2009. so i now have more time to lose the weight. I guess that means the slice of pound cake I just ahd for breakfast is okay. right?



Have you ever read Bridge Jones’ Diary? It would be Hilarious if it weren’t so close to the truth!!
Actually I think it is hysterical because it hits so close to home. Humor is almost always painful in some small way.
